Description of services
1| Demolishing existing exposed aggregate concrete roads and replaced with 150mm subbase surfaced with 80mm polished interlocking pavers with adjacent parking surfaced with concrete grass blocks.
2| Constructing a new parking area with 200mm base surfaced with Bera Gravel Fix filled with 7.1 mm granite stone imported from Rheebok quarry near Malmesbury. Part of this phase was
installing subsurface drainage and a stormwater system draining into the nearby river. Underground ducting installed for street light cables.
3| Earthworks, lay concrete channels and cover a large area with Agri Weave Weed Mat for the new nursery.
4| Resurface the Helipad at the Manor House with 30mm asphalt.
5| Various access roads with brick paved surfacing.
